Renault Grand Scenic Electric Window Not Functioning?

My rear passenger side electric window won't go up or down with one flick of the switch on that door. It now moves about 2 inches at a time. I've used the switch in the drivers door panel, which controls all of the windows centrally & had to do the same thing to get it up. It took 4 attempts.I'm now afraid to put the window down in case it won't go up at all. Can't see how the panel comes off to check the motor & don't know how the switches come out to see if there is a loose wire.
Any help, would be appreciated.

Cheers

If you managed to raise the window in short bursts - then its the 'burst' controller thats at fault.
Open the window slightly (say 2 inches), close the car and press the LOCK button twice quickly..... The window should auto close.
Then open the car and hold the window switch UP for 4 secs......
That resets the window control.

Should now function as expected.
