Hi
I need to know how I can unlock my alarm.
Basically it has been put on a 12 month service reminder by the guy who installed it he's disappeared and I want to sort it out.
I have the full manual, anyone know how to unlock the code?

the problem is this
because its on a service timer it chimes whenever an infra red is tripped of course i can turn off the chime
but then i know the next service timer setting is lockout and when this date arrives i cant set my alarm
the default 1234 code does not work because the engineer has put in his own which i dont know.

Any ideas

hi mark if your code has reset its 4321 if you need the engineer code to re program its 1234


by the way whats up with the alarm
