I have a zanussi aquacycle 1400xc. I put on a wash and it started to make a grinding noise. The machine filled as normal however didn't seem to get passed the second setting. I managed to drain enough water out through the fluff filter for the machine to unlock and open. There still seems to be an amount of water in behind the fluff filter which makes me believe that the machine has not drained. Can anyone give me advise please? Thanks

the grinding noise could be a faulty drain pump impellor.if this is the case you will require a replacement drain pump.
