My Beko washing machine wont spin at full speed?

My Beko washing machine wm5100w wont spin at full speed,i tried the 3 second technique but to no avail .Does anyone have any ideas,i have tried to reset it 3 times,i don't no if i need an engineer or i could do it myself.

Mine's doing the exact same thing, is there a solution to this problem? Stuart did you find a cause for it?

does it spin at full speed without a load in?.if not could be a pcb issue but this is by no means 100%
