How to get my fisher and paykel washer to drain?

How can I get my washer to drain the water out?
nancy, January 2010
Put machine on final spin & press start. If you hear a humming noise then that is the pump trying to spin the water out. So you will know that it is getting power & must be blocked. Empty as much water out by hand with a jug to lighten the machine. Power off & then tip machine back against the wall as far as possible. Look under on front right corner of bowl & locate the pump. Try turning it by hand back & forward a few times. If it comes free stand machine up & try pump again with power. If still humming then pump will have to be removed to clear rubbish out. If no humming sound then either the pump or the control module has failed.

I am no expert, but suggest to make sure that the outlet hose and diverter valve are not choke Next verify that the drain pump is servicable. ( suppose to rotate during drain with voltage measured positive. ) If no voltage, wait for the error code to display with beeping and prepare to replace motor controller $$$$$.
