tried to use my Sat Nav on Sat. The name binatone carerra came on screen I tapped the screen destinations came up I pressed post code and the last post code came up.Whengrandson went back to the car one hour later Sat Nav wouldn'nt work. All we can get on screen is the name of the Sat Nav (Binatone Carerra) Could you please tell us what has gone wrong. Many thanks Derek Ives

Common problem it seems.
I rang Binatone (who were not very helpful) but told me that the software had hung up. Only fix is to send it to them and they will sort it at a cost of about £35 +postage.
Mine's headed for the bin and I'll steer clear of Binatone products from now on.
