I have a U1661 built in oven installed in 2002 (I think). Suddenly it does not heat up when using the fan heating. The top and bottom heaters, grill etc. all work fine. I used to be able to see what looked like a glowing element behind the air vent but now I can't.

that glow was the element which now sounds like it has blown and will need replacing
