307 hdi Anti Poluation fault?

I have an 02 diesel 307 , i ran it low on fuel...no i ran it out of fuel and now have an Engine Management light on plus the Anti Pollution warning light and now it will not go over 3000 revs. Any ideas of a cheap fix for this fault!
