How to change oil on my mowers. HELP!?

I have standard walk behind mower AND a sears craftsman 42 inch 15 HP Kohler engine rider...I have never changed oil on a lawn mower/s before and would like to learn how to do it myself. Is it a difficult process? Each one could use an oil change and I need some pointers...ANY HELP would be appreciated!
I want to do it right... THANKS!!!

if its on a ride on mower find the oil exit witch will be sticking out of the side on the mower its a square nut so be prepared and on a push mower under the deck where the blades r there will be a nut there. U might have to heat it up if youve never undone it before because it will be quite stiff.

The walk behind mover has a square plug on the bottom that you drain the oil from and the rider should have a plug on the side of the engine that you drain from .....
I always like to run mover till it gets hot and then drain the oil because it like a pan of grease ...when it hot it`ll drain alot easier then when its cold .....
