how can i fix a 5E error on a samsung washing machine?

my samsung wa13g7q1 washing machine gives a 5E error message when it is supposed to drain the water, how can i fix it?

The 5E error is displayed if the machine will not drain. A possible reason is that the pump may be jammed.
1. Switch off the machine and remove the plug from the wall.
2. Drain the machine by gravity by lowering the free end of the drain pipe.
3. Remove the plug at the back of the machine, in the corner where the drain line comes out. This plug can be unscrewed by hand, no tools required.
4. Feel with your finger for possible blockage material.
5. Attempt to turn the pump impellor with your finger to free it.
6. Refit the plug tightly by hand.
7. Lift the free end of the drain line, plug in the machine and attempt the cycle again.
