how do i fix my engine problem on a citroen berlingo 1.9d van?

when i pour water into the radiator, it instantly pours out through the back of the block ( on side where pulley wheel is located).

what can this be?

has the coolant/water been frozen? may be a core plug has popped out. but it really could be anything, water pump, split pipe, etc. try using a small mirror if you can't see where it's coming from
