My oven has power but it is not working. I have made sure the timer is on manual but it doesn't work and the fan doesn't come on. Ideas anyone?

The oven has stopped heating, the fan and grill are still working, does this mean that the oven element has packed up? and do I need a candy repair person to fix it or can this be done by myself?.

I haven't got the manual so does the element come with instruction how to fit, thank you for your help.
