Could be a number of things,if you have recently disconnected the battery take the earth lead off again clean it or at least screw it round a bit and fix it tightly,if you haven't taken batt off do it anyway,look first for a bad connection(don't say it SHOULD be ok Do it)your lights etc will come on unless the batt is totally flat but it means diddlysquat when you need the power to turn the engine,cleaning up connections costs Nowt and may well sort it,cold weather does this to cars,if it don't work re list question,don't go looking for big faults.Is your batt good,for sure?
