Whats wrong with myServis M3905W washing machine?

It wont drain the water, even after emptying and cleaning filter, and pipes....

i can open door once its finished the cycle even when water still inside...

hi sarah. the answer to your problem is the pump has given up, it will need replacing and they are about £25, so worth doing hope this is of some help. cheers pete
