Paper not feeding properly and goes thru skew wiff on one side? its saying a paper jam but its not. makes bit of a funny noise too but i can't find a jam

I have the x5470 and had same type of problem,one of the small rollers under the ink cartridges came part way
off. i removed the roller,it works ok on regular size paper but wont copy small pictures as the roller that was removed is in the center and the photo paper
wont stay aligned. Havent been able to find any replacement parts as of yet.
