Hi,remove the rear panel, you will see a pipe coming out of the back, about 1/4 up from the bottom on the drum, disconnect the pipe and push a thin rod through it , also into the outer drum, make sore the pipe is clean, reconnect and sould be OK,it blocks with soap etc. Let me know. Dave

Check the water level pressure switch. Water valves are controlled by the pressure switch - usually round, about 100mm diameter and has a plastic or rubber tube attached as well as a number of wires. At the bottom of the machine, the tube connects to the drum via a moulded plastic reserviour, probably 100 to 200 cc capacity. This reserviour gets choked with scale, grease and other debris, and won't allow the pressure switch to sense the rising water level and stop the flow when it gets to the correct level. Clear the reserviour, its connection to the drum, and ensure that the samll pipe to the pressure switch is clear. All should then be well. Good Luck!
