ford escort van help please ???

i have a dieslel feed to my electronic pump nothing from the pump to the injectors i have been told there is a cut off switch witch automaticly cut fuel to the engine if involved in a accident or rollein the van
could someone please tell me where i could find this switch in a ford escort 55 deisel van many thanks dave

If it is fitted and I don't think it is on diesel vans the switch is behind the drivers side kick panel, normally there is a round access plug to gain access to the plunger on the switch, the fuel shut off soleniod is on the injection pump it gets its supply through the ignition switch and fuse #22 (20amp) to pin 5 of the pump unit and the ground is on pin 7 and that comes through the PATS controller when the controller has recognised the correct ignition key
