electrolux side by side door fridge not cold a all ?

the motor n fan are runing well only gave out normal wind not cold at all how to fix .I have try to switch off for more then 12 hours ,but still the same when turn on

Difficult to be 100% but could be a gas issue,partial blockage or even a poor pumping compressor
