the pump is working but no water coming out

Remove the Windscreen wipers and scuttle panel, (see other answers for pictures). The Power Plug to the Windscreen washer motor can be removed by pulling out a metal clip. The washer motor pulls out backwards from the bottle, leaving a meshed grommet which is also the filter. Prise the grommet/filter from the washer bottle and clean it.

you need to remove pump and you will find that where pump fits in grommet that it is also a filter,this will be bunged-up,especially if washing up liquid is used in bottle!
