The wiper is sluggish and seems to be dragging. I need to lube the lower portion of the wiper arm but cannot figure out how to remove it from the pivot point.
The "turtle-shell" cover just clips on. You should be able to lever it off at the bottom with your fingers. Slide it up slightly when detached and you can then grease the mechanism underneath.
