How do I replace the clips and refit the front bumper on a 1999 Ford Ka?

How do I replace the clips and refit the front bumper on a 1999 Ford Ka. My daughter has caught a post and the bumper has partly popped off/worked loose.

It would appear that one or two of the little white retaining clips above the offside whell arch have broken.
