Hold music on Easa-Phone KXT3160?

I have electronic Christmas music that plays whenever I place someone on "Hold"....year round. How do I turn it off? My Panasonic Easa-Phone is model #KXT3160

Nope that didn't work. The only buttons on the underside of the phoneset are identified as "Line Mode-L1-L2-L3 A or B" and "C.O.L. L2-L3 Off or On". Reversing the settings on each of these did not disengage the hold music. There are no other buttons, or other switches marked "music".

flip the phone over-there is A switch(look towards the right-the other switches, towards the left, are NOT the right ones) marked MUSIC-slide the lever from on to off, and your problem will go away.
