how can i fix vauxhall zafira 1.6 no power no light on the dash?

Weve got a vauxhall zafira 1.6 My missus in the morning starts the car and has to wait about 3 or 4 minutes until full power is regained there is no light on the dash we have just had the co2 sensor replaced and we still got the problem.
