skoda fabia battery?

Does the fabia need a special battery? My car wont turn over yet the battery voltage reads 11.5v ,surely thats enough.

your battery is effectively flat at 11.5v !..

Should be 12v minimum. If the battery is 5 years old or more replace it, if it is still under warranty get it changed.
