we had the same problem on ours, it is because water is getting inside the switch, take boot back panel, remove switch then spray some water displacement spray into the swith and leave to dry, then put switch back together, then test to see if it works if it does then put some silicone bathroom sealant around all joints and cable accesses on switch.
