it do's not over heat,i have hot water up to the heater rad and the fan work's ok,but it blow's cold air..and all the hose's are very hot in and out ???

you did not say what make or modle but i guess its a ford fiesta and you need a new vale going into heater rad you will see this on the pipes into heater rad or else your rad is blockes you could try disconeting pipes and power wash out rad
