ford transit washer bottle?

how do i get to the filter on the washer bottle motor on my 57 plate ford transit....its been suggested the filter is blocked and thats why the washers aren't working.

more than likely waser pump located on lhf under bumper covered over with plastic cover with 2 ten bolts hope it works for you
