renault master 2.5 1999?

when i try to start engine the immobiliser light keeps flashing and the engine will not start,i keep taking the key in and out after about 20 times it starts

I don't have an answer for you but i have an x reg renault master with the same problem. I think i may have a problem with the key because if i press the key together really hard it usually starts. Maybe if you try this it may work.
