How do I take the back off a Tricity Bendix Washing Machine?

How do I take the back off a Tricity Bendix AW 1401 W washing machine? I need to replace the outlet tube but can't get into the machine. It does not appear to have normal screws that can be removed with a screwdriver. Thank you.

on side panels two white grometts,prize out,remove 2 8mm bolts,rear bottom 2 8mm bolts,remove lid 2 8mm bolts,on top machine each side there is 3 times 7mm bolts,remove 2 rear at each side,wire retainer on rear,unclip,pull rear panel backwards.job done
