How do I take off and replace front bumper on ford mondeo 1996

If this 96 is a pre facelift mondeo, they are held on by 4 bolts on the front crossmember, which are accessed easier by jacking the front of the car up slightly. Then you can gain access from undeneath either side of the radiator, where nuts are easily visible. Remove the 4 nuts and then slide the bumper forwards and it will disengage from its locatings in either wing.

if you find our how to do this I'd love to know. I damaged my wife's front bumper when the brakes failed (leaking master cylinder) and want to replace this myself if I can.
