Is the heating element replaceable on a Kenmore Dryer?

I have a Kenmore dryer Model # 86573120. The heating element no longer works. Its getting the 240 juice. I'm a fixologist so the repair is not the problem. Is the part available?

Yes, you can buy the element for around $35.00 and is removed from the back of the dryer.
