i have a 36 stitch empersal machine. it does not pick up bottom stitch when sewing

Hello Fazila,
If you have checked to make sure there is a good needle in the machine and in the correct way round then you may need to retime it, if you email me I can attach instructions, type my address as you say it not as you see it.
