A thin rubber swimming hat accidently got washed and has lodged underneath the drum of a Tricity Bendix AW 1401 W. You can hear it when you push the drum round by hand. How do I dismantle washing machine to get hat out from under drum

You have a big problem if its under the drum as you would have to take the heating element out and hope you could see it.First thing I would try is get a torch and carefully pull the door gasket rubber away from the stainless inner tub.you will see a gap.this is how stuff gets under the drum.If you are lucky you might be able to see the item in between this gap (look all the way around)and pull it out (if you can see it).by rocking the drum back and forth whilst pulling the item out helps!
