With the Telstra V850a cordless telephone, is there a call waiting feature? If so, how do you access it?

Hey Guy's,
When the 2nd call beeps at you, press the call pick up button (green answer button) and then # 2. This will hold the 1st call and answer the 2nd. To go back to the 1st call (which will hang up the 2nd call) press pick up button and # 1.

Fred, at the back of the User Guide for the V850a unit there is an email address for Tech Help. Alternatively you can call the following number: 1300 369 193.

I purchased one yesterday for a disabled friend and have encountered the same problem. I have emailed Tech Help but won't hold my breath.
