take arm to local tool/hardware shop,[they generally have a compartment box with different sizes] and see if they have one to fit,you will poss need to grind length down.- i dont think its a seperate part from ford,only with complete arm

Use a caliper gage and stick it in the hole and measure. Also if you ask the main dealer they usually have the dimensions of all there parts with them so just phone and ask. If you buy it from the main dealer it surely won't be too much
