Hi I have a 5 yr old whirlpool american style fridge freezer, ?
the freezer has stops working properly, the fan is still working and the back is not frozen, the food on the top shelf has started to defrost but all the rest of the food is ok. The temp for the freezer will stay on for 1 - 2 hrs then the alarm goes off. If I put on the fast freeze it helps a bit also we have had a clicking noise for the last year - any suggestions
