PROFORM TREADMILL VS TELEVISION/INTERNET ?

When I turn on my BRAND NEW Proform treadmill, it knocks out all the televisions in the house AND the internet. Proform is refusing responsibility and says it's power problems. A certified electrician says it's not the power. Anyone ever heard of this before?
