I have an item which has become trapped between the inner and outer parts of the drum of a Zanussi ZWF1632W washing machine which causes a terrible noise when on spin cycle. Can I access this if I release the door seal.

Thanks CK, I removed the tub hose and with tilting the machine and rotating the drum by hand eventually removed a bra wire.

if you look between the door seal and the stainless inner drum you will see a gap.items go down there and get under the drum.shine a torch in to the gap all the way round 360deg and hopefully you will see whatever is down there.If it right under the drum inside, removal of the bottom tub hose or removal of the heater is the only access
