How can i fix my renault scenic megane?

It won't start in the cold weather. Have tried charging the battery and taking it on a long run but, still have the problem.

The Battery is only a year old.

If the battery is 5 years old or more then I'd change it for a brand new one. This cold weather sorts out batteries that are on their last legs.
