Well depending on the difficulty on your situation it could range from alot of things. So while your internet connection remains sucssful, check what kind of computer you have. Next, google the name of it and see if you can go their main site. Then, if they have any info, scower the site so that you can asses the issue. Usually they can help, if not, google antivirus programs and start from there. Good luck~!
(And be more carful what websites you go to, there are some viruses out there that can drive you crazy if you don't know how they behave)
