why does my tumble dryer's belt keep snapping ?

Beko model DRCS 68W Condenser dryer.
I have changed the belt. Which was a real pain. It worked for a few days and several loads. However the belt has now snapped again.
Is there an obvious reason for this ?
The belt is very tight when fitting and is stretched and pulled to fit over the spindle attached to the motor.

check the far end of the motor to see if there isnt any objects which will make the motor run out of centre and burn the belt

i have just had the same problem with my hotpoint and as dryers are all pretty similar i sugest you check the rear drum bearing and to refit belt with ease i used a piece of metal tubing put tubing through the belt place tubing at an angle over spindle and lever down belt should slip on.

It might be that the anti vibration bushes on the drum supports are worn or broken. This will add extra load on the belt
