nocking coming form front passanger side suspension?

I have a citroen picasso 2l hdi desire on a 53 plate. I've got a nocking coming from the passanger side front suspension .It only nocks when turning left or right ,not when driving forwards .The car went streat thought it's M.O.T.

if it's a constant knock,knock knock,etc, only when turning, then it will most likely be a cv joint. they don't always show up on the mot because the examiner can't road test it.
