my machine is a hotpoint aquarius 1100 wm63. the machine does a full cycle but does not spin at full speed and doesn't empty the water. so although the drum does spin it does so much more slowly than it should. please can you advise.
might have a blockage, there is a plate at back on the bottom about 6 scw u will see a black hose in middle goes from drum to pump with a big metal clip this needs to be taking off were u will see a filter, witch needs cleaning
