Our boiler was working fine this morning but tonight we have no heating or water. The boiler light is on but the other lights are not lit up and no pilot light. Please can anyone help. Someone suggested looking at pressure gauge but there isn't a gauge as such just a screw.

Try some lubricant on your fan WD40 usually does the trick

as long as your heating is powered up ie the pump is running and valve motored open the boiler should go into its ignition sequence starting with the fan running, if you are not getting the running fan its a faulty fan jammed possibly or a faulty p c b not sending power to the fan check for over heat and reset buttons also on the boiler first
