try pulling the washer pipe slightly out ov outlet pipe it could b pushed 2 far down outlet pipe, restart washer on a drain cycle..... Good luck......

Is the pump cycle working properly? The pump cycle starts before the spin, if this isnt completed the machine will not proceed. Its worth checking the fluff filter and even having a look in the pump for coins, lego or bra wires!
