I have tried everywhere in vain. I rang the number on the paperwork that says ring this number for replacement filters and they said they cannot put in anymore orders as they don't know when they will get any. The model number is KBS-11B. Please can you help. As I got the iron from Argos and they don't seem to know anything apart from they don't do filters for this iron.
