dyson dc07 not sucking, tryed everything?

hello all, dc07 not sucking on the main head. ive cleaned all the filters washed the cyclones, taken apart the hoses. all to no avail, the main purple pipe still has suction, but the head brushes just go round but no suction of anything, please help as it is only a few years old

I had this problem, until realised the soleplate and all the cleaner head was not being tilted enough away from the rest of the machine to line up suction channel from the head to
the rhs of cleaner channel- tilt to max to check this.
I'd previously changed the short hose, which was damaged

Check the short hose that runs underneath the machine for splits rips or blockages.
