problems with electrics,speedo mal funtion and starting,been told plug at back of cluster has to be withdrawn by approx 2mm to get better connection,if this sounds right how do you remove the dash to gain access

yes there is a problem with the multiplug behind the speedo cluster . couple of torx screws hold the cowling (glass) on, then a few mor hold on the actual dials. once all the screws are out pust wiggle the cluster out, you dont have to take of the steering wheel but it is a bit tight to get it out the way
