Hotpoint condenser dryer water light stays on, does not get warm?

Hotpoint condenser dryer TCM570P. Does not get warm. Water light stays on, even though container is empty. Cleaning condenser unti did not help.

remove the black pipe at the back at the bottom and simply blow sharply down the black pipe. replace pipe and run machine should be ok.
