Not an expert in the things, but it sounds like the motor's brushes have worn out.... poss' the price of a new motor will be the same as buying a new machine? ..... I think they call it (progress) as nothing nowerdays is easy to repair, else how could we continue to be ripped off !! .... soz, just an opinion.
